We liked the hotel, it was small and had ideal location close to the train station and the rail stations. The room was immaculate and bright, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view was exceptionally good.

Our stay was a fun experience. Joyful and impeccably clean place, everything was superb. The exceptionally courteous staff working throughout the hotel. Trendy, air conditioned room with Matterhorn view as well as comfy beds. The location minute walk from a train station was convenient.

Unbelievable location, room with lovely bed, extremely accommodating staff. Loved the well presented rooms. Very very good breakfast, exceptional service. Good base for exploring Zermatt.

I loved the super staff and the lovely food. Neat room and luxurious bathroom. Spent a nice evening at Brasserie Uno, located close to the venue. Hot drinks at Irish bar, perfect service. I had fairly nice days staying at this pet-friendly hotel.

it's glamorous hotel, loved it, but the view is bad. location in the middle of zermatt. top location for my plans, being near a train station.

The bathrooms are not so clean.

Walking to a train station from bristol was easy. We liked fantastic views. Location was a short walk to mountains and a river. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like chez max julen that was only 10 minutes' walk away

The view was WONDERFUL here. Location of this hotel was good for exploring sunnegga. Our room had a balcony. City Center neighborhood deserves to be explored.
